We always try to be punctual. However, delays may occur due to traffic or weather. In such cases, we’ll keep you informed via phone or message.

Q14. How can I cancel my order or subscription?
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them, provided food preparation hasn’t started.

🧾 Refunds & Issues

Refunds are applicable only for duplicate payments or pre-preparation cancellations. Once food is prepared or delivered, no refunds are possible.
