Refund & Cancellation Policy
At 2SIS Homemade Food Services, we prepare every meal fresh and with care.
Since our products are perishable food items, we maintain a no-refund policy once an order is confirmed or delivered. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may occur, and we aim to be fair and transparent.
๐งพ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them, provided food preparation has not started.
- To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@2sis.gstiva.com or [insert contact number].
- Once the meal is prepared or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
๐ฐ Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made for the same order.
- Cancellation made before preparation begins (within the allowed time frame).
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5โ7 business days through the original payment method.
๐ซ No Refund / Replacement Conditions
Refunds or replacements are not applicable in the following cases:
- If the food is refused at delivery without valid reason.
- If the customer provides incorrect delivery details.
- If the food quality is affected due to delay in collection or non-availability at the delivery location.
- For taste preferences, as all food is homemade and prepared fresh to order.
๐งบ Subscription & Meal Plans
For weekly or monthly meal subscriptions:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next meal cycle begins.
- No refunds for partial cancellations or unused days after service starts.
